I lost 75lbs and seriously the day I hit my goal weight loss I found out I was pregnant with my second child. This however was not only my 2nd pregnancy by my 5th. I believe the weight loss helped to achieve a healthy pregnancy. I was done to 149 when I found out I was pregnant and now, 22 weeks, I am up almost 30lbs. I had to stop working out in the first 12 weeks to be sure nothing went wrong, after that I wanted to get right back into it but now I have an umbilical hernia from all the pressure on my tummy. It doesn't hurt all the time and I have decided that even walking is better than nothing, I plan to go back to Curves today and I really need to start watching what I eat. With my first I gained 55lbs, didn't work out and didn't watch what I ate at all. In the past 22 weeks I can't say I have really watched what I ate either but I need to make sure I don't gain to much more and I want to be able to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight pretty quick, I will be having another c-section so I know once I have the baby I have a good 4-5 weeks of doing nothing. I am just looking for support, suggestions and anyone else possibly going through this.

I have been curious about this for my wife. Found this. But consult your doctor.
