A soupy secrete!

Hey everyone, so i have always struggled with portion control and what's right what's not, until recently.
I was shopping in my local supermarket and found these soups call glorious! and they are absolutley amazing, one pot is like 300 cals so you can have the whole thing without feeling guilty. Also i have found swapping bread for a ww toasted pitta bread for dipping works brilliantly!

just thought you may all want to know, they are really yummy, and i am a very fussy person! no lumpy bits lol!
