Doing it wrong?

I researched BMR and TDEE and acording to various calculators it looks like my Net calories in have been about the same as my BMR. I've been eating my exercise calories. I've stressed out over how much dinner will cost so i have been exercising every day. The weight i have maintained is not far off my goal weight. I changed my settings to reflect light activity instead of sedentary. (Im trying to ween my daughter and I'm still picking her up and chasing after her.) I havent lost anything this last week. Did i kill my metabolism by not eating enough?
