It is an exercise routine by Jillian Michaels. (At home DVD). I tried it but I get very bored easily..... I found it to be to repetitive to keep my attention. Its a good workout but very intense.0

I loved it. However you lose inches more than pounds and that can be disheartening for some people. I used it as the first exercise to get me into exercising rather than sitting watching tv!0
