Right now, I'm trying to avoid processed foods as much as possible, and am juicing more frequently (fruit/veggie blends). I want to make sure I'm getting enough Vitamins A & C, calcium and iron.
However, with the juicing or eating extra whole fruits, I am consistently over my recommended daily sugar. From what I understand, not all sugar is created equally - fruits vs. refined white sugar/HFCS. Should I be concerned?
p.s. - My diary has been tweaked to my specific BMR/TDEE calculations for losing weight, and protein intake has been upped.
