Kettlebells, good starter dvds?

What is a good starter dvd. I got a set that has 5lb, 10lb and 15lb weights, and has an instructional video, but I'd like something with more direction, maybe some music, and preferably tailored to women....even though I know it really doesn't matter.

Any suggestions?

Jllian Michaels: Shred it with Weights
    or..... for free......
There is a website that has everything you could buy with DVD's ... all workouts/muscles types/ free vidoes from beginer to intermediate and up...... fitnessblender.com. I use that when I'm bored with my DVD collection. I wish I had found the website sooner, I would have saved money.

I mean no disrespect to the previous poster, but avoid Jillian Micheal's/Bob Harper/Random Celeb trainer like the plague when it comes to kettlebells.

If you want to learn the basics and have them drilled into you, you could do a lot worse than Skoggs. It's 4 different workouts doing rep variations on 6 basic moves that you do 4 days a week. I guarantee it'll work you out and teach you kettlebell basics. He's particularly good when it comes to drilling hip-drive.

If you want something a bit funkier (with funkier music too!) then try out one of the Art of Strength dvd's. Just make sure it isn't the one that requires two kettlebells (if you don't have two the same weight) or one of their other ropework, clubwork dvd's. I think Art of Strength: Providence and Art of Strength: Newport are both single kettlebell dvd's that are a good burn. One's tougher than the other, but I can't remember which is which offhand.

As to being good for a woman..... they're good kettlebell workouts full stop. Not sure what gender has to do with it?

I love fitnessblender's kettlebell workout. I was hoping to find one with music but it's even cooler that there is NO music so I can play my own playlist on my computer.

As for my preference to tailoring it to women, to be honest, workouts tailored to women tend to be a little bit simpler, easier, and I'm just starting. So, that's what I was hoping for.

No sexism implied on my part, but it's fun for me to see other women work on their form, rather than a guy. Something to aspire to I guess?
