Hey all...
Here I am, starting week 2 of P90X. And I'm super excited. I got all wonderful healthy food at the store this weekend to go along with the nutrition aspect. But I have NO idea how to keep track of it on MFP. I have the sheets to keep up with everything. But I'd rather not have to put in each exercise individually. Any ideas?

I think your best bet would be to enter it. After you have it in you can always do the copy from date in the quick tools and load it and edit for what you actually did on the current date. That's how I'm planning on doing it.0

When I was doing P90X, I used my HRM to track my calories. I did enter each DVD once then just changed the calories depending on what my HRM said.
Good Luck!0
