supplemental calisthenics

Hey all! I'm on a pretty good workout regimen consisting of running, weights, spin, and tennis. I'd like to try to add in some calisthenics like sit ups, push ups, lunges, jump squats, etc to make my more cardio inspired workouts a little more complete. What are some quick and efficient regimens that you use to supplement your workouts? I need some ideas please! Thank you!
