my plan today was a 1hr treadmill session followed by a session in the weights room, but by the time I got off the treadmill the weights room was heaving. I went to speak to a friend who was lifting, while I looked around for a space for me, but I ended up leaving. I'm disappointed in myself as I'm usually not intimidated like that, but you pretty much couldn't breathe for all the testosterone and its a really small gym so when i say there wasn't space, there REALLY wasn't space.
I'm sure I could have found something else to do but after my plan got thrown out I couldn't think.
I'm pretty disappointed in myself for leaving, even though I still had a really good cardio day.

Try to look at the positive -- at least you did an hour on the treadmill. It is definitely better than doing nothing at all! Could you go back later today to try to get into the weight room?0
