Consistently Receiving Deficits

Hello All,

I am consistently receiving caloric deficits from anywhere between 300-700 calories per day (pending on the amount of cardio and weight training I do). I am constantly eating every few hours of foods ranging from fruits, veggies, nuts, proteins and even using a protein shake 1-2 times a day.

I have lost weight over the last couple of weeks but want to make sure I am doing this in a healthy and permanent way - I do not want to gain this weight back down the road.

Any suggestions on what I am doing wrong? I am 37, 6' 2", 210 pounds, muscular build but looking to lose fat in the torso area, do 50 minutes of cardio 3 times a week, weight training 2-3 times.

Thank you very much! - Jay

I'd say as long as you aren't feeling tired, voraciously hungry all the time, cold when you know it's warm, etc, that you're probably okay.
