My Myo-x Transformation

OK! just want to update everyone: last week getting selected for the MYO-X BIGGER THAN NATURE INTENDED! Transformation has been very exciting for me! I'm coming back from a few days off I'll be starting up strong tomorrow back at the gym...
soo heres quick break down of what I'll try to keep timely and "some what orderly" ^^
Im going to keep a detailed log of my experience while taking myo-x...also keeping a log of my food (MyFitnessPal.com and/or BB.com) and workouts, of course either here, on facebook or MFP. I'll be notifiying you of any changes in diet or my routine as it happens I'll keep updated photos of my self for any one who decidesds they want to follow, and like me Curious to findout what myo-x can do....Any suggestions or help you'd to offer will be appreciated!

Transformation Day :1 Monday (chest & Bi's)
(Warmup Sets Not Posted)
Chest
Decline BB: 3 Sets 8/10 Reps.. 60 Seconds Rest || Increase Weight each set
Incline BB: 3 Sets 8/10 reps.. 60 Seconds Rest || Increase Weight each set
Pec Deck: 3 Sets 12/15 Reps.. 30 Seconds Rest || Increase Weight each set
Machine Press: Double Drop Set to Failure
Bi's
45degree DBCurls: 3 Sets 8/10 Reps.. 60 Second Rest--- Heavy to Lite (Heavyest Weight 1st)
Spider Curls: 3 sets 12/15 Reps.. 30 Second Rest ---- Lite/Moderate Weight
BB Curls: 3 Sets 8/10 reps... 60 seconds Rest --- Heavy to Lite (Heavyest Weight 1st)
Cable Hammer Curls w/Rope : double Drop Set lite weight to Fail.......
Quick edit: this ended with 10mins of Cadrio on Treadmill.. 2.0 incline Speed:7.0
over all i felt it was a productive workout im going to makeit a point to mention that
im not currently on Myo-x i should be reciveing it today or tomarrow cant wait to see
what changes this supplement will bring to my routines!
