I am looking for any ideas on inexpensive, low calorie, low sugar (I am pre-diabetic) snacks that I can take on the go. Any suggestions?

i will eat celery, sliced cucumbers, sliced tomatoes, and mini carrots with either a serving of pb or some 2% cheese. my go to snack is boiled egg whites with a yogurt. i can eat 2 or 3 egg whites at a time. they are low in calories and fat but high in protein.0
