My clean eating Challenge! WEEK 1!

Ok, so, I'm on a mission to eat clean this week!
This is was my lunch :)
MONDAY • January 14th, 2013
Ground White Turkey Breast & Chorizo Mexican Mix:
Mexican hash (zucchini, red onion, corn, black beans, ground turkey breast, chorizo, and a bunch of spices)
Calories with added lettuce, 3 tablespoons of greek yogurt and 3 tablespoons salsa: 387

    I use the "Mason Jar Meals" idea. It's so helpful to know servings!...and it makes the kitchen look pretty too :D
    This is this weeks meals. The spaghetti is for my hubby. And I'm alternating breakfast sandwiches (Thomas Light English Muffin, 1 egg, 1 slice of ham) and Rolled (NON-instant) oats, with chocolate peanut butter and honey.
