Biggest Loser Boot Camp

When I log this exercise, what would be the best way to log it? What type of exercise? I do not have a HRM to log actual calorie burn so wanted to log accurately.

    I would go with circuit training.
  • Thanks! I should add that I did levels 1,2, and 3 with the warm up and cool down....I did use weights so I just wasn't sure what to list it as... ;).
