I don't want to work out for more than 30 minutes daily, but I want to see the most results in that time. What's the hardest cardio/strength workout (video) under 30 minutes? I've heard that Jillian Michaels Ripped in 30 is good.

No idea on the videos. But I'd opt for running one day, and a strength video the next. Do both, just on separate days. Running burns by far the most calories of the cardio exercises.0
