Does anybody know how you would log this on here? HIITilates pairs high intensity interval training with pilates. I'm about to do some right now but am not sure how exactly I would log it on here :/

    Sorry I have no answer to your question but fascinated by the idea of HIIT with Pilates. Is it a class? A video? On your own?
