Hi,
My names Kristy. I am 24 years old and currently working and going to school full time.
I have lost 30 lbs in the past, but now I have gained it back plus 20 lbs!
It's a new year and I am currently going through a divorse so I need to find time for myself and be a new better version of myself.
I lost weight in the past by doign weight watchers, and it worked quick and great. I went to the gym 6 days a week. I was dorming at the time and did not have a bust schedule. Now my problem is finding the time and energy. I work about 80 hours a week and its tough to fit in the exersise.
Please add me I'm looking for motivation and encouragement.
I do beleive in eating healthy and not depriving myself of food. I want to lose weight and be healthy, not just skinny. Any advice i'll take it!!

Full time school + 80 hrs a week work, you should be losing weight just doing that! Goodness!! Well here is my 2 cents.... Get your workouts done early if you can. Just try for 3-4 days of cardio for 30 min to start. Why? Because with that schedule, by the end of the day you are tried and then don't find time for it. The cardio will get you "up" for the day. As far a food check out the freezer section there are new vegetable packs for microwave by Birdseye and others. I saw an Asian medley yesterday of 150 cal in one bag. That's quick n easy then you can add some fish or chicken... Also try to prep some food, cook 2 breasts of chicken but don't completely cook one, (like 80%) and freeze it. Then on another day, you can pop in Microwave and finish cooking it off quickly while not drying it out. Keep studying :glasses:0
