Safeway Low Cal Bread - Oven Joy Wheat Enriched

I was at Safeway this weekend and I always look at new breads that are out because I eat a lot of sandwiches during the work week. While I was there I found the Safeway brand: Oven Joy. This is a low cal bread that tastes really good. I listed the nutrition info below. The other nice thing about this bread is it was only $ 1.29 per each loaf. Wow low calorie and $ 1.29 you can't beat that. I have been paying $ 1.69 per loaf of another bread from albertsons that was 110 calories for 2/slices.

Oven joy wheat enriched bread (2/slices) - 60 calories

Bar S - Deli Sliced blackened ham (1.5 servings) - 90 calories
Pickles, one slice tomato, little onion, mustard - 8 calorites

This is a great sandwich for minimal calories and I normally eat carrots, cucumbers, .... vegies with my sandwich and a fruit for dessert.

Enjoy all

I am a lover of sandwiches and that would hardly qualify as a great or even merely average sandwich
