Recommend a Foam Roller

I'm going to buy one today, either online or in a store, if anyone knows of a store that would sell them (I'm in North Carolina). I'd love to know what brand you have and how you like it.

You can also make one for practically nothing out of a pool noodle and a pvc pipe. Lacrosse balls work nicely if you have really tight spots too.0 -

$3 piece of 4" thick walled PVC pipe from a hardware store.
More effective, and doesn't break down like a foam roller will.
I also recommend something like a theracane.0 -
i had some PVC pipe but found it too awkward, ive switched to "The Stick"
(theres a couple of variations of this
