Hi, Im Graham
I have been putting on weight/loosing it/ putting it on/ loosing it /// etc etc since giving up karate 12 years ago. Back then I was 28 and 12 & 1/2 stone ( 175lbs ) ... now i have just tipped the scales at 17 stone( 238lbs ) ! Yikes! I have done many different types of training but its always the food that lets me down.
Any advice on how to stick to a healthy diet would be more than welcome....
Add me as a friend as I could do with the support and give the same back!!
Thanks for reading

I was on here last year and lost 10kgs in 4 months but due to having an operation on my foot and being inactive for a fe months I put it all back on being a couch potato :-( So starting again and MFP is great for keeping an eye on what you are eating and in combination with the runtastic Ap (which is also free) its a winner :-) so good luck and add me if you want0
