Feel bad about bringing up weight loss?
I've lost quite a bit of weight (82 lbs to date) and whenever it's brought up in conversation, I tend to try to steer the conversation away from my weight loss. Not that I'm embarrassed or anything, I'm SUPER proud of what I've accomplished so far (18 lbs to go). But I kind of feel like a ****ty person when I talk about it. I'm not braggy about it or anything, and I don't go on and on and on about my progress, but I just feel annoying if I talk about it at all.
Does anybody else feel this way?
