B-complex vitamins vs fish oil

Wondering which is best to help with the winer blahs. I get what I can from my diet but admittedly I don't eat enough fruit and veg. Can either of these supplements help? Waste of money? Thanks!

Talk to your doctor. The vitamin we make from sun exposure on skin is "D". I don't think it's a good idea to take supplements w/o talking to your physician.

I hear the best thing for DOMS is to work them out...do more exercise. So, with that knowledge, I'm going to say, the best thing for winer blahs is more wine. Just push on through those blahs into a happy state.

i had gastric bypass in october, so i have to be on a slew of vitamins for the rest of my life... i have to say i feel more energy just from the vitamins ive been taking. i take optisource bariatric vitamins, orange flavor. they have tons of well rounded vitamins and minerals in them. d, b, e, folic acid, etc... however, like all posters said, check with your doctor first, always!! i get them on amazon
