Lean muscle diet tips

My diet currently consists of lean red meat, turkey, chicken, protein shakes, vegetables, tuna, fruit, protein shakes and toast in the morning!
It's getting pretty boring and wondering if anyone has any tips on what I could do to mix it up abit.
