I was recommended to this site and it's pretty awesome, esp the iPhone app. I just started P90X last week. I won't be doing all the cardio workouts as much at the training days because I want to gain more mass right now than remain lean. I'm 27 and weigh 145lbs and looking to reach 160lbs after my 90 days. My diary is set at:
Calories / Day 2,480
Carbs / Day 341 g
Fat / Day 28 g
Protein / Day 217 g
If anyone has any suggestions or would like to share their food diary to help me gain my muscle/weight goal , please feel free to hit me up. Also, has anyone taken Russian Bear 5000? I have in the past but to my mistake I stopped working out shortly after so the results turned to fat not muscle. Has anyone else taken this supplement while working out and could share their experience??

I am currently doing P90x and I have taken Russian Bear 5000 in the past. Russian Bear 5000 is really for some one that is lifting HEAVY weights/ bodybuilding because the protein and carb amount is so high. In P90x unless you add a lot of weights to your workout you wont bulk, its a great program, but its more focused for overall health and fitness. Plus Russian Bear 5000, you are supposed to mix it with a gallon of milk and drink it in like a day or two, its pretty insane unless thats your goal. If you do purchase it, you can use it as post-workout shake instead of bulking shake. Good luck to you.0
