Introducing myself & P90X (:

Hi!! (: so. I'm just starting p90x. Actually I started yesterday.

I guess I should introduce myself?? My name is zoey. Im 14 (ill be 15 this year)I'm not totally new to mfp. I've been trying for a while to lose weight, but always lose my way. So, I'm excited to try this out. Lots of support right??

So. You know how teenagers are. They can be real hard on each other. That's kind of what got me started on wanting to lose weight is so is be skinny. But I'm learning that it's not just about being skinny. It's about being strong and healthy.

So with that said. I decided to try p90x.

As I said before, I started yesterday. It was the chest and back, with ab ripper x. And, I'm gonna be honest. It was pretty tough. I couldn't even do half of the stuff because I don't have that strong of arms, but I know that with time and practice ill get stronger. And, doing the ab ripper was pretty intense to. And today, I'm pretty sore. But I'm gonna keep pushing through (:

So, does anybody have any tips or advise, or success stories?? (;
