So I got kinda bored with running (I do alot of cardio, since Im in dance group) and I started Jillian Michaels BR lately. I was thinking to mix it up with some HIIT.

Question is, can I do it at home? Maybe 20 secs fast high knees in place and then 30 secs running in place, repeated six times? Or jump rope? What you think?

Absolutely! Just find any exercise you can do with enough intensity that you are struggling to complete 30 seconds. Burpees are a good one that can be done inside, sprints are ideal too - either outside or just high knee running on the spot.

Skipping is ok but if you are fit you might struggle to do it with enough intensity.
