I just recalculated my calories on this site and it says to increase by 300 cals.
http://scoobysworkshop.com/calorie-calculator/
(after you lose 5lbs you must recalculate and I've lost 10 so far..) Is there a reason for this increase? Am I crazy for fearing the increase?
I'm 24. female. 1-3 hours of exercise a week. mother of a 20 month old and college student. currently eating 1600 cals and losing about 1.5lbs a week.
