...and doesn't have a gym ANYWHERE near them?
Ah, the price of living in a small town...we had a Curves center here back when I was in high school (about 7 years ago) and it changed management and completely sunk. Other than that, we have...well, nothing.
So I am stuck working out at home or walking around the block on a busy road...with obnoxious neighbors that just moved across the street (to the point that if our dog walks toward the road they call him into the road...-_-)
Anyone else in this predicament? Just curious what your routine is if you are...could definitely use some ideas.
I am already doing:
Just Dance via Wii
Yoga/strength training via Wii Fit
But I don't want to solely rely on the Wii...you know?

Well what do you like? I can suggest SO MANY THINGS depending on what you like/love to do!
Obviously you can run outside, or go to a park or hiking trail and run there. or bike. But I know you probably know all that stuff.
If you like to lift/get toned and have an iPhone/iPad you should totally download the NIKE FIT CLUB app. I go to the classes at my gym, but if i cant make it i do a workout on there. Its amazing because you can take it anywhere, theres beginner intermediate and advanced, and you can pick your area (strength...cardio...arms...abs) and all you need is yourself and maybe a weight.
I also love the jillian Michael's DVDs. And the AM/PM yoga DVDs.
you can also have a great workout that you make yourself! look up exercises on the internet or youtube (like mountain climbers, crunches, triceps dips using a chair, jumping jacks) , pick your favorites, and do each for 1 minute with a 30 sec break every 5 minutes. you can get a good burn and with 6 sets you got a 30 min workout!
good luck!0
