I need friends...

That will yell at me when I eat crap or don't exercise! It's always super easy the first few days back on it to stay on top of it all.. but then I fall off a bit (then beat myself up over it & fall off even more).


I would LOVE to lose at least 10lbs by my birthday (Feb 14th) which is about 2lbs-ish a week. I want to do this the right way, but I suck at staying motivated.

Help me!
