Lose Weight In Feburary!!!

I just Thought it would be fun to Start a Monthly Challenge .... Here is how it would work basically we add how many pounds we would like to lose in the Month of Feburary we can even add how much excercise we would like to do in the month of Feburary!


Here Goes .......


I would like to lose 10lbs by the end of Feburary
& I would like to walk a Total of 20miles by the End of Feburary
