Toning balls

I just got 2 (2lbs) toning balls and I am wondering what kind of exercises I can do with them?

How big are these balls? You put both in at once? Whoa!

I'm waiting to see just how this turns out....

Do they really fit so easily in your hand?
  • Exercise #1: put them back in their original packaging
Exercise #2: mail that worthless siht back to the manufacturer and demand your money back

If something only weighs 2lbs you can't exercise with it!

Perhaps if you're prepping for fast-pitch softball, those would be useful for throwing into a net or something. I imagine you'd get a phenomenal workout chucking those as hard as you can.

But I'm also confused, I thought this thread would have some exercises to help me keep from looking like the older men in the locker room :-(

I have a slightly heavier one which came with a DVD, they're basically beginners' medicine balls but a lighter weight used for aerobic and resistance exercise combined, rather like the 30 Day Shred.

Here are some medicine ball exercises you can do:

    Hope that helps!
