My clean eating meals/snacks today were nothing less than fabulous!
My juice this morning was a super energy spicy and absolutely an intoxicating delight! Afterwards the tablespoon filled with raw coconut butter was so delicious, it tasted like something from some exotic and wonderful place. I don't drink, but if I did, I imagine this is what a powerful mixed alcohol drink might taste like.
My lunch was soooo utterly terrific. The Hemp protein shake filled with wonderful frozen passion fruits and loaded with various berries--then I had a plain baked potato...WOW! I've always convinced myself that eating a plain baked potato was something I should avoid like the plague, not only because it supposedly is fattening, but also that without it being loaded with all kinds of fattening and artery clogging toppings, that a plain baked tater was practically inedible--HMMPH--that's a big ole FIB, it was sooo delicious, filling and yummy, I felt like I was eating a big giant french fry--the skin was just the Yummers bomb too!
My dinner--THE YUM...I started off downing a wonderful bottle of water--then I had tons of steamed and spice & herbed filled organic broccoli as well as cauliflower and some super yummy raw almonds to finish it off and then some more water--THE YUM and totally filling to boot!
My snacks, well it feels like I've been indulging in something wrong or fattening or not good for me, it was so delectable, that big giant pomegranate and then later on some fresh from a whole pineapple pieces and later naval orange was fabulous and then the walnuts mmmmmmm GOOD--I am and have been totally satisfied today. I feel like I've been eating candy all day  and I guess I have been eating candy, God's candy--WOOT :smooched: I'll be eating like this for the next few weeks, for fasting/spiritual purposes, but I can't help but to feel enthusiastic that perhaps some ugly and unwanted flab and fat will be forever gone from this Fast too. I'm sure I'll have success eating and drinking this way for the next few weeks and at the rate I'm going...perhaps will be able to make this a lifestyle of eating, rather than a temporary one!
