Can't eat enough - net calories about 800

I've been doing a lot of exercise and have been trying to up my intake on food but my net calories stay so low. I
scared I will stop losing... Any advise? Should I even be worried?

There's so much about you that I don't know that makes it hard to answer your question...your current weight, diet, exercise routine...etc.

If you're trying to find ways to boost your calories and still eat clean try adding things like nuts or seeds.

Yep, nuts are high calorie but still good for you - so are eggs if you eat the yolk. You really need no less than 1200 - and that's without working out. If you eat a lot of salad try putting it in a whole grain pita bread, or tortilla. I eat a whole grain English Muffin every morning - which helps. Nuts really are a good way to add quick calories just 17 cashews has over 100 calories. :) Good Luck.

Eat more or you can end up with a ton of health issues. You WILL NOT stop losing weight if you eat a few more hundred calories.

If you can't properly fuel your body for exercise then stop exercising....it isn't necessary for weight loss but is obviously necessary for fitness...but you have to know how to fuel your body.

I'm sorry, but I seriously never understand this comment...if you're overweight and needing to lose weight, you didn't get there eating 800 net calories...eat some friggin' food.
