I'm new!!

Hello everyone, today is the my first day to a better life. I have started my calorie counting, and have begun my exercise regime. I hope that this site and its user will help me to acheive my goals. I want to lose 28lb and hope to lose this by August. I will keep everyone updated with my progress.:smile:

    this is my time using my fitness pal. I really like this better than weight watchers. I hold myself more accountable using the tools offered. This has really make Me look at what I am consuming: I have started replacing some of my junk food with healthier items (which is very hard, since I have such a sweet tooth) like fresh fruit, sugarfree jello cups,which tastes really good. It also forces Me to stop being lazy and excercising (using my Wii Fit and Wii Active games) which does not feel like excerising. BIG PLUS !!!!
