So I've been doing this wrong the whole time!

I have become more interested in lifting free weights lately instead of using the machines, which has led to me researching calories, macros, protein intake, etc. I can't believe I never knew this stuff. I have been starving myself for years eating a pitiful 1200 calorie diet and killing myself doing tons of cardio. It's no wonder I keep losing and re-gaining the same twenty pounds. Ugh. I am frustrated and enlightened at the same time.
