NOT LOSING HOPE

I am only a couple wks into this. I am I must say really trying to be under my estimated calorie count each day. (1410).
First week I lost 1.5lbs. This week...still being about the same.....stayed the same. Sort of disappointing ...but then I have not really gotten on the exercise band wagon. That I think is the key.
Hard to get that started...but I am trying.
