Sugar!

Ok so I have been messing with my calories going up and down which is a long story in its self sooo I'm just Having a hard time staying under my sugar! I can stay under everything else but not sugar and I don't know what to do anymore, my weight loss isn't progressing and if I cut sugar that means fruit and veggies and I feel like everything has sugar! Please help me , I just want to lose weight! Lol
