I've tried them before- and I agree that they are delicious! As far as if they're good for you- that depends on how you feel about artificial sweeteners. Some people don't like the idea in general due to how little is known about their affect on the body, but some people also tend to overindulge in other sweet things because their brains start to think that sweet doesn't necessarily mean calories.
I think that as long as you incorporate it into a healthy way of eating it can't hurt- it is water after all!0 -
American water? Is that not trying to use your patriotism as a sales tool?0

When I first read this topic I thought you were talking about regular tap water! Ha! I had to Google to find out what you were referring to.
It appears these are the ingredients: Filtered Carbonated Water, Citric Acid, Natural Flavor, Potassium Citrate, Aspartame, Potassium Benzoate (A Preservative), Acesulfame Potassium. Phenylketonurics: Contains Phenylalanine.
Aspartame is the same as the sweetener Equal and is in Diet Coke. I try to avoid fake sugars but I sometimes will use Splenda or Stevia.0 -
So we're calling soft drinks water these days?
Ok sure the vast majority of the content is water, but you can say that about milk and we don't call that water.0
