Help

Just started keeping track a few days ago looking for any constructive criticism or advce please take a look at my diary and let me know your thoughts. I have 60-75 lbs to lose. I plan on gradually uping my cardio. I keep going over on sugar but its all from fruits. All advice is appreciated. I have drastically changed my diet to what you see from wendys,mcdonalds, etc 6-7 times a week and beers 2-4 nights a week.

    It looks better than mine! You should try to eat more of your calories, though. :smile:
