Ugg, Monday..

Anyone else have a hard time working out on Mondays?? I think its hard since I can't seem to find time on weekends, so getting up early on Monday and getting motivated is difficult.

    i knew I would have this problem so i signed up for an early morning cardio kickboxing class on mondays and wednesdays. lol I had to trick myself to get off my *kitten* and start the week on a good note.

    I take the weekends off so by Monday I'm happy to go back...

    with me it is kind of a flip-flop. I cannot wait to get back to work because it is so much easer to keep with in calorie range because of the routine.... I am a teacher. get to work - have breakfast bell rings - have a snack etc etc. But it is so hard to go home and exercise! Listen, I will if you will! Maybe if I condsider not doing it, I will feel guilt knowing you are !
