I just started this past week, tried so many things. Nothing has worked last few years. I am determined to get this weight off. My worst enemy is mountain dew. So Im going to try 1400 calorie a day. I am having trouble getting up to that amount, I feel guilty for eating after it allows me more to eat because of my exercising, anyone else having this trouble? Does this make sense?
