Hi, I downloaded the MFP app a couple of weeks ago and have so far lost 4 pounds which is great.
Initially, the decrease in calories wasn't too difficult to cope with. I started eating breakfast which kept me going to lunchtime quite happily but I've found that the last couple of days I'm starting to get hungry earlier at about 10:30am to 11am.
I eat breakfast at around 7am so that isn't a huge amount of time in my opinion.
I was wondering if someone might be able to have a guess at my couple of quetions:
1) Why am I starting to feel hungrier earlier than lunch? Is it my metabolism increasing with increased excercise?
2) What can I do to prevent the feeling of hunger? Is it better to snack on healthy foods or to eat a bigger breakfast?
Thanks in advance!
