galbladder removal

I have always been successful in the past with losing weight and sticking with it. However, after my gallbladder removal a few years ago I just can not lose weight no matter how hard I try, anyone else have ths problem? And any suggestions on what would help? Im too weeks in and GAINING weight and as far as i know I am doing everything I am supposed to. So frustrating. Please help!
