Starting again

I came back to MFP yesterday after an 8 week break and im not sure do i carry on from where i left off or do i start anew? On my last weigh in before i stopped i had a loss of 19lbs but since then i have gained 8lbs back so do i start with an 11lbs loss or start with my first weigh in next monday? Any help on this would be great,also looking for mates to help me on my journey.
