How many times have people changed their weight loss goals while dieting?
My starting weight was 172lbs, and my goal was 133lbs. I am 137lbs now, and I' ve moved my goal to 126lbs. And I'm wondering if I'll move it even lower than that when I get there. How do you know when its the right time to stop losing and start maintaining?
