Started MFP today. Sick of fad diets (aren't we all) so doing it the proper way with eating less calories and moving more!
I'm 24. I have met the person I expect to spent the rest of my life with so for the first time have started thinking of marriage, babies and more importantly holidays! :) I want to look and feel healthy in my up coming life events.
Also hoping to meet people to share the journey with. :)

  • Hi ya'll! I am new too - just started maybe a week ago. I have failed at dieting for years now. I will not fail this time! I have never been faithful at entering foods/counting calories/etc. I am really enjoying it actually - I never new how many calories I was consuming - geesh! We can do it!

    I am new, too...this is week two for me, I lost 7 pounds the first week. I am trying not to diet, just make better choices and be more active. Hopefully, I will find some good support, as that has always been one of my downfalls! Good luck to each of you.
  • Hi - I've just signed up too. I've been really impressed so far with the ease of it all and really hope this gets me into a good routine! I am hoping to get back into that Holiday wardrobe for my summer break!! Alot of work to be done, but no excuses...Right!?
