Hey Everyone!
I'm a little new, I've been here for about three weeks, just to test it out! I love how it helps me keep track of my food. The exercise I really don't have to worry about. I'm usually training for some type of running race or triathlon. But, I love how this keeps me on track!

Good luck to everyone out there with their goals! You can do it! Stick to it!!!!
