Anyone cut out Dairy, Sugar, Wheat and Pork from diet?

I have heard of cutting out pork because it has a higher sodium content than other meats. I don't think it's crazy at all. But, it may not work for everyone. You have to find what works for you & feels good. I've cut out carbs (except from veggies & the occasional fruit), sugar, & I'm now cutting out dairy.0

I can't live without wheat. Maybe it inflames me and it could be behind why I have so many bowel problems but every time I try to cut it out, I feel terrible, have no energy and I get awful headaches. I just love wheat based food so much! Pasta, bread, pancakes, I can't help myself. I'm glad you have found something that works for you but I just can't live without it.0
