I'm new here and i'm just looking for support. I have always been on the chubby side and i'm tired of it. My children are definately my inspiration but i have trouble keeping up with exercise and everything else. any help?

What I have learned....exercising daily can be hard to keep up with. Do it in short spurts. Go for a walk...walk a little faster. Take laps around the grocery store before shopping. Park farther away. Stay away from fast food....eat on small plates....drink water, ice tea, Crystal Light instead of soda. Fruits and vegies make a great snack instead of twinkies and ding dongs....and most of all...don't forget to compliment yourself for each accomplishment! Good luck!0

Thank you so much! It is so hard finding the time to eat right and exercise with 3 kids under 3. lol. I have 11 month old twins and a 2 year old. Thats 24 hour project right there. doing the cleaning and cooking and everything0
