sugar problems!

Hello. I have been having problem with my sugar intake! I am reaching my daily calories but go over on sugar each day. I don't eat loads of sweet things. I have low fat natural yogurt with some raspberries e.t.c but i am worried this is going to make me not lose weight.

Can someone help!

    I have the same problem, I don't think I have ever been under or even near on it tbh, I tend not to worry if it is coming from fruit and veg it would be a different story if it came from chocolate and alike.
  • If your sugar is coming from fruit it should be ok to go over, but I would look to see how much sugar is in the yogurt or other low fat/non fat foods you are eating. Those tend to have more sugar added.

    I think it very easily goes over the 'limit' whenever you have fruit. I try to eat super clean and healthy (lots of fruit/veg), but my sugar often goes over.
